PTFE Raschig Ring หรือที่เรียกว่า Polytetrafluoroethylene Raschig ring แหวนเทฟลอนราสชิก ทำจาก Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) บริสุทธิ์ 100% มีลักษณรูปทรงคงที่ โดยความยาวของทรงกระบอกจะเท่ากับขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของแหวนเทฟลอนราสชิก นิยมใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในหอแพคกิ้ง เช่นการกลั่น การดูดซับ การคายการดูดซับ และกระบวนการทางวิศวกรรมเคมีอื่นๆ

• สามารถอุณหภูมิในหอกลั่นได้ดีมากๆและความต้านทานการกัดกร่อนแบบสุดยอด

• สามารถทนกรดที่ใช้ใน Aqua Regia หรือของเหลวที่ประกอบด้วยในตริกแอซิดหนึ่งส่วนและกรดเกลือ 3-4 ส่วน ใช้ละลายทองและแพลทินัม (Nitrohydrochloric Acid)

• สามารถทนสารละลายได้ดี

Plastic raschig ring is the first generation tower packing. It is very popular in raschig rings field. Plastic raschig ring has a unique hollow cylindrical shape. Plastic raschig ring may occurs uneven liquid distribution phenomenon. Compared with plastic pall ring, its mass transfer performance is not very good.
